Before placing an order, remember that all our products are hand crafted and each Ruckus Dog creation is unique. The minor variations in our distressing process and the various grains in the wood add to the uniqueness of your hanger, artwork or wall dogcor®. Notify Within 7 days
We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your delivery if you want to make any returns. After 7 days, we will not be able to accept your return.
Return in the Original Packaging
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused, new, original condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.
Please contact us to get a return authorization. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that its in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within seven days. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.
Custom Orders, Sale Items
Please note that custom orders and sale items are non-refundable.
We are serious about our Return Policy because we want you to be HAPPY with your purchase; and if you're not happy, we want to make it easy to get a refund or replacement. If we were in your position we would want to have this option, and so we offer it to our customers.
